Re: MP2555 add tab to top of SOP
They are called application icons. Just as with any android, you drag them from where they are stored to where you want them. The square at the far right with the 3 rows of 4 dots is the standard icon for accessing additional applications on an android. Tap it and it should take you to the additional applications. Dots at the bottom of the screen will indicate how many pages of applications there are and highlight the one you are on.
Ricoh used to have a program called SOP Designer Tool that simplified it for you as well as allow you to install additional applications, widgets and short cuts.👍 1Comment

copyaction is right that they are set / programmed using screen device settings, yes, only 3 are available.
I always program them in a similar way myself, because most of my customers prefer the Classic Apps, and while you can obviously add the Classic Apps Icons to the home screen, there's 2 things I like about the function keys:
1: They remain even after a user inevitably uses the "hamburger" icon (or whatever it's called) at the bottom of the screen and resets the home screen to the default Icons.
2: You can switch between the 3 functions without going to the home screen firstComment

Could you someone give me some advice how to pop up "Function Key Settings" under Screen Device Settings. Because I don't have the tab of Function Key Settings, only have "Function Priority, ThanksComment
