    9003 blank image

    Hi, All. I have a MP 9003 with blank prints. New pcu and charger, new development unit have been installed with no joy. There is no image on the drum. Anyone run into this before?

      Seeing as how the laser process is write to no charge, if there was a problem with the charge corona or the HVPS you would be getting all black. My guess would be toner haze or dust build up on the laser shield glass on a problem with transfer current.

          Watch it with the doors cheated. Is the developer unit turning? Is the developer unit in good contact with the drum? I've caused the problem myself before by not having the developer unit seated correctly.

              This box has a lot of miles on it. We are just going to replace it.
