I have a Savin C3528 B2C that I've been fighting with for the last three months. It's constantly comming up with loading toner (black) during copy and print jobs. So far I've replaced the Black toner supply pump, black developer, black toner supply tube, black toner hopper and black toner end sensor. I've ran output tests on the the air pump to make sure that it's working properly and can see nothing wrong with it. Any ideas that anyone has on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using OEM toner? I've had non OEM toner cause issues like this in the past.
Is the image quality ok, or poor when the message is displayed? Has the firmware been updated to the most current version? Are the copy jobs high volume and heavy coverage?the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

Ordinarily I would say its the dv unit not running or not running fast enough. So in the case I would have to go with the drive clutch for the DVsigpic

One of the first things I did was the firmware update, something I left out in my post yesterday. The amount of coverage that they are running is normal and the average monthly usage is around 25K. The print quality has always been good even when the message is displayed. They are, however, running non OEM toner. I was thinking that this could possibly have something to due with the problem. One thing that I havn't tried replacing yet is the developer drive clutch.....I'll try that today possibly.Comment

Like I said, I've had this issue with none OEM toner. Somehow, the toner isn't detected by the TD sensor and it continues to add. I'm assuming the QC for the "other" toner is not as high as that from Ricoh. You could try having them swapping out the toner with another bottle. My suggestion is to go back to the OEM to verify.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Check, if the waste toner tube behind the dev unit is not blocked and if the screw conveyor in it is rotating and not broken. If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!Comment
