          Check which USB port that the offending PC is trying to use. If you see more USB ports listed than are physically present, the PC has had an external USB multi-port or memory card device. You may need to go into device manager, delete all USB ports list and then have windows detect new devices.

              Plug the device in to the offending PC then go to printers & scanners & delete / uninstall all the IM350 shown.

              With the device still plugged in run the driver installer again that should work had this a few times.
