I have never had a motor lock be anything other than excessive load. That means something that the motor drives has becomes hard to turn. What does that motor drive? oh that is right, the black PCU. Do what davel suggested.

Guys, you are awesome! thank you very much !

I took out the black toner, and indeed - the drum was stuck!
I couldn't even force it to turn (I don't understand how the motor succeeded, since it WAS turning - I saw it with my own eyes).

Anyway, I inserted a new black cartridge, and the printer is alive again !
