    Did you change the ITB cleaning unit?
    If yes, maybe cleaning blade for PCU K.
    Also check the lubricant bar while you at there

            The PCU is due for a complete rebuild to include a new drum and developer and may need complete replacement of the PCDU.

            Are you talking about a MP C2550? If so, replace the dinosaur.
