Ricoh SP C821DN with SC398

Hello is this SC398 a code for a particular drum? I can't find out if it is the black or one or more of the colors.

Thank you very much. I will check on the Cyan Drum and see if that is the issue. Have you ever had to replace a motor on one of these?

Usually only if there is a bind in either the PCU or DVU that has caused it to fail.
