    ricoh mpc 4504 does not have the scanning option

    we got this used it does not have the scanning option or the interface option it also has a meter of 8 I think that the NVM was changed by someone else how do I get the options back, there is nothing in the SD card slots

        It most likely had a Fiery print controller attached to it in its prior life.

          Even with a Fiery attached you normally do not disable the On Board NIC. It is still needed for WIM and a number of other network related functions.

              As i recall the installation instructions used to include instructions as to how to enable GW scanning if the customer was not pleased with scanning through the Fiery.
