    Ricoh MP501 Not able to set up on Network

    Hello all.. I've been asked for help by our I.T. Person on a MP501... He tried to set up 2 of these...One was successful that had RXSPSERVLET on board and the other was unsuccessful which had ARGOS on board... I personally don't know anything about this, but it would be helpful with any info for our I.T. guy... Thanks, Laser801

          Did your IT person properly configured HTTPS on the MP 501 before installing ARGOS Onboard? Just be aware that once a Device Certificate is created you will have to access WIM as an HTTPS:// device or you will get a connection error.
