You don't realize how inexpensive a professional is until an amateur works on it.

I had the fuser and all of the rollers replaced a month ago.
I emptied and cleaned the black powder in the unit under the fuser just now. Still says that the Used toner case is full.

Yeah and that unit can be messy to clean, especially without a toner vacuum, not recommended to do without one.. the unit has to be removed and disassembled (a bit) to clean it out (properly).. in my opinion!

        Regards!

Which unit? The one with the large green drum in it or the one below the green drum?

            Regards!

I think what you cleaned was the pcu or drum unit. Maybe not ready for the trash yet. But You should really look for a qualified tech before you go too much further.
I mean I dont mind answering your questions but you are digging a deeper hole.
Where is imind when we need him.

Agreed if he had cleaned out the dev, he'd be getting dev related sc codes by now.. I second calling in a tech to clean the required unit out... its not hard but it does require the correct tools!

                Regards!

Just so you do know what we are talking about, on the right door is a unit with a brown(ish) coloured belt mounted on it.. the waste toner collection is under neath that belt.. it has to be removed (properly) from the machine and cleaned properly (not just dumped, very messy). This requires a proper tech/toner vacuum to do properly.
                    Regards!
