My operation panel touch screen not responding. Tried reboot several times no luck and checked connections.

Have you tried loading the SOP firmware onto the screen?

Have you tried disconnecting from the network? Or shut it down using the special shutdown procedure used for maintenance?

I have had exactly 1 touch screen problem with a SOP. That is exactly how I cleared it.

Is the screen not working or the touch part?
The touch part is the USB connector at the back of the screen.
Get's disconnected if they rotate the screen much.
