    [Misc] Ricoh pro 5100c booklet finisher problem

    SR4100 is not folding in half. It's 1/2" out of position. Is there an adjustment in there that i'm missing

      Have you checked if there are any mounts or springs out of place
      Also do the firmware update

          SP6-113 will adjust the fold position but only to a maximum of 0.6mm. If you are half an inch off, that is 12.7mm. You have a mechanical problem.

          Oh by the way, it is a Pro C5100 not pro 5100c.

          One more thing, if you were a qualified Ricoh technician, you would not have asked where the adjustment was in the thread in Ricoh Printers. Hire an actual Ricoh technician to repair your finisher for you before you FUBAR it.
