Perhaps that is why Ricoh shifted away from the AIO model PCU's (all be it Technician lead vs. Key Op lead install) to the current Tech Rebuilding Drum unit model.

That of course is me just positing & a inference.

Correct or Incorrect - I Rise & Fall, take credit for both.

I wouldn't call the 22/27 ppm machine AIO models, With a true AIO, the imaging cartridge included the toner.

By the way, if you ever run across a 220 or 270 and need a PCU, The only difference is a pin on the back of the front plate. One screw removes the plate from the frame that the pin goes into. As for toner, there is a plastic piece on the toner motor that prevents the bottles for a 1027 from fitting.

Me neither - at least no issues that could be fixed with this greases

But I used this grease for Konica Minolta machines if a nice customer complained about quality and I didn't want to held a "that's within specs" speech^^.
Example: If you print a large half-tone area and got some irregularitiess across running direction "thanks to" the charge rollers or transfer belt bias rollers this grease can do quite some improvement.

Luckily KM and Ricoh usually applies enough at the factory and most customers aren't as quality demandig as like ~10 years ago so it's not like one need this grease all the time.
