    It's not taking default passwords. Admin/admin.
    Admin password can be seen in SMC report? Or factory reset is required? If Yes then what is the procedure?

      As far as I can remember there is no way to deactivate access control from the panel unless you factory reset the machine.
      We have a customer who does this very thing with their fleet. We have recently upgraded their machines and are re-purposing the old machines. I am having to open up the IP address ranges with each of them. It was very aggravating early on.

        You can try SP 5801-011, clear Network Control Services. You will have to set all the interface information afterwards.
