This came in for me today, I did all the usual, then the machine worked fine. I ran off 250 copies and it came up again. The toner recycling motor was blocked again. I stripped the lot including the drum. To my horror the cleaning brush bistles had disintegrated, fused with the waste toner in the pcu auger and formed hundreds of tiny balls as hard as baked shite, blocking the whole system. Has anybody out there encountered this or know what caused this to happen? ps the brush/blade/dev were all replaced 10k ago!

There were 2 cleaning brushes that could be used in this machine - the old style had "fuzz" glued on the shaft, the new style looks like loops of string. The fuzzy rollers "shed" and cause that problem quite frequently. Try using an AD042038
