    C901 image problem

Looking for suggestions on this issue. Top sheet is #100 Classic Linen Cover 270 GSM and the bottom is #100 Cougar Cover 270 GSM. Both printed on Ricoh C901s with exact same custom paper settings. I even tried adjusting the paper transfer current and the image transfer current as well as slow the processing speed from normal to low. 400k and 800k PM done recently.IMG_20231020_000239144~2.jpg
    Thanks,

The problem might be the texture of the Classic Linen paper. You can see the woven pattern.

might be machine limitation with that type of media.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

The type of paper is usually the great thing forgotten by the client when working with it.

I know few clients (except very veteran copyists) who know how to pamper/take care of the details with thicknesses and texturing.
