IMC4510 type m12 optional counter interface

    Hi Everyone,

Capture.JPGI have a new IMC4510 machine, the optional counter interface does not come with any harnesses, the service manual says to remove a connector from the main board and install it on the optional counter board, however, the problem I have is that there is no cable plugged into the machine where the cable supposed to be, there is also no spare cables anywhere nearby, I have attached the pic of where the service manual says the cable supposed to be, has anyone had this issue?

    Thank you

might wanna add photos of the area of the machine. and photos of the counter. the ones that you are actually looking at, not the manual.

On the 04's / IMC's there is a spare 13-pin connecctor loitering in the middle of that loom.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Correct, the current 4504's that the client has was installed with no issues.

Does that mean there isn't on the 10's? I did see an IMC3000 a couple of weeks ago, the connector was further up on the left side of the controller box to the left of the IPU, I wonder if it's in the same place.

Yes, I am just as puzzled, the 10's don't have the cable, we checked 2 machines just in case there was a factory default or something, but confirmed we are going back tomorrow, will get some pics of the inside and post them

There is something that looks like a spare connector where I have highlighted, it looks at a funny angle to the others.

I've also just had a look in the service manual too. How bizarre. I shall ask some questions.
