Ricoh mp6503 + sr4120 > j130 (output tray error) and the tray go down

Hi everyone, I have a customer who says he finds the tilting tray all the way down, when I tried, it didn't do that for me, I checked the memory, and the machine from J130 (output tray motor), I cleaned all the finisher sensors, and I checked everything without dismantling too much stuff, and everything seems ok, I found a couple of sheets between the machine and the finisher, but I don't think it was that, they were at the bottom, and did not obstruct the paper passing through, the machine and finisher firmware are the latest version available.
This has happened to some of you?

I checked it, it seemed ok, I think it's fixed, it said it did it once a day, after cleaning the sensors with air it didn't call for a week, it was definitely a dirty sensor
