Pretty sure that's a Cyan Potential sensor issue.
I'm fighting an SC381-04 error.
If the machine is still on original drums I would certainly change the drum and clean or replace the Cyan potential sensor.

where is your service manual? it would tell you what the code means. and it will also tell you where the sensor is located. very wise to have the manual. if you don't know what you are doing you can brick a machine.

The Ricoh Pro C7100 is a production printer, call a trained technitian.
