Pro C901 (Color Controller E-41) system software needed to reinstall the os

Hi all, hope all is well.

could anyone point me in the right direction for getting hold of the system software iso's for the Ricoh Pro C901 Color Controller E-41.

i have send efi an email and they replied with - you will need to contact Ricoh 2nd level support, i don't have there contact info.

if you need the part numbers or serial i can provide.

If you are with an authorized Ricoh dealer you go through your dealer support person. Otherwise you start with the Ricoh EU website.

i checked here Pro C901 (Color Controller E-41) Downloads | Ricoh Global but there's no iso or system software links or redirects to get them.

You have to talk to them. It is not something that is available to the general public for download. It is something you have to purchase from them.
