Disconnect LAN and FAX cable (if available), restart the achine and try again.

try to upgrade the "power saving sys" firmware, if dont work...
try to copy the machine data on SD card by sp-5-824-001
reset engine and copy application by sp-801-copy a. & engine
test, and restore the machine data by SD card with sp-5-825-001

I suspect a machine reboot may be all that's needed to resolve it.

LOL....Loved that show.
I watched the whole series, and still turn on an episode from time to time when I need a mindless laugh!
It's still unbelievable to me how often people HAVEN'T tried rebooting, and I won't be at all surprised if it's the case here.

I wish I had one of these myself sometimes...lol

It's still unbelievable to me how often people HAVEN'T tried rebooting, and I won't be at all surprised if it's the case here.

Awkward is the right word! It's just weird because it's also the EXACT same scenes and script it seems

Somewhere there's a clip of a North America Knock off too, and the character that plays Moss was actually in it........it never made it to tv as far as I know.

Now that you're mentioning it: Yeah I think I recall that NA version with original Moss in it - that was kind of a weird attempt, too.

There is also a german version of "the office" but the producers realized very quickly that it makes no sense to copy and paste scripts (lot's of funny dialogues just won't work)
so they began writing own scripts. The german IT crowd version was doomed to fuck up since the spirit got lost in translation, especially if you've seen the original.
