SC329: Laser beam pitch adjustment error (B)
The LD unit HP sensor does not detect an on condition while changing the LD unit position for correcting the LD position or changing the dpi.

Possible Cause

After initialization of the SP modes,
SP2-109-3 or SP2-109-4 was not
executed.

The harness is blocking the LD drive
(PCB), preventing adjustment of the

pitch.

If the toner is dropping a lot on the LD board, then the board must be soldering out the laser diode, and clean the inside unit of the assembly. Clean all mirror inside the laser unit, perform the laser beam pitch adjustment.

Go to sp mode then apply code 21093 nd execute 400dpi,600dpi nd then on/off
