    Apparently you are not trained. That information is given during instructor lead instruction.

      that is correct, I do know how on office machines, I guess I was just wondering if its the same on the production machines.

        IMHO if you are not trained on Production Models, you should not be working on them

          if you are trained on ricoh, why wouldn't you just call your rep? i mean i still have the email address of my instructors from 5 yrs ago. might take me a minute to remember a name. but i could generally find it.

            It is the same procedure on the 8320 as an MPC4504 etc. What parts counters are you after clearing? Some of them won't let you unless you change the part first.
            It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Hit it.
