    [Misc] ricoh IMc2000

    Hi

We have a customer with the above machine, the IT guy has left and nobody can get in to
change the network settings due to administrator password. Is there anything in SP mode to clear it? Or anyway of getting
    back to default password?

    TIA

Try user name supervisor leave password blank
this would give you access to admin so you can change the admin password

Login to the Factory SP Mode and execute SP 5-846-046. But this will also clear the address book. You can save it with SP 5-846-051 to a SD card.
