    Mp c307 bypass

    Hi, All. I seem to be having a lot of weird issues with the bypasses on this model. The problem appears to be with the lift plate. Is there a RTB that covers this?

      the only RTBs I have found are: of the modified duplex hook, and that of the ADF hinge, there are no others.
      are you still dealing with the by-pass from last time?

              I know one common issue with these is that the lift doesn't go all the way up causing an immediate paper jam when the paper doesn't get pulled into the machine.
              It is near impossible to see the issue in action but what I've done is apply grease(Can be liquid too but grease is recommended) at the edges of the tray, in the gap where the lift tray moves up and down.
              A bit hard to describe but I don't have a picture at hand right now.
