    not available anymore. Is there some sort of 3rd party item that can be used for that.


    We had an account contact us about ordering a Pro 8310 (printer) and that was on the items they were looking for.

      That's not a common option. I've never heard of it. Probably going to be hard to find.

          It may still be available but only available when ordered in with MXRHD8200RA Removable Hard Drive Kit for Pro 8200 (RHD). Have your sales manager contact the Ricoh sales support team and explain that you are going to lose a sale without it.

              Do you use a fork lift with these things to get them out of box/pallet?
