Have you tried the MX record trick?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Microsoft always recommends using the hostname instead of IP: smtp.office365.com as it is a load balanced service running over multiple IPs.

Does the machine you're on support TLS 1.2? App password for sending emails?

Turn on DHCP, check your gateway is correct then try a connection test on smtp.gmail.com (your DNS will need to be correct too.) then try smtp.office365.com

Also you have an SC792 error, I guess because you have a finisher removed but left the bridge unit attached ?

As always you may find a firmware update resolves the issue.

You need to talk to Microsoft Support as it is a setting o your account with them.

Go to MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox and put the customer's domain in there, it will give you an SMTP server to try something like tonermunkeh-co-uk.mail.protection.outlook.com - use that on port 25 with no authentication.
