Ricoh spc 4100dn fuser. Reair or replace?

    Hi, All.
I have a Ricoh Aficio SPC 4100DN color printer(G160) that needs several parts replaced in the fuser. After disassembling most of the fuser I have come to the conclusion that it may not be a nightmare, but it certainly qualifies as a bad dream. How do you guys deal with this assembly? Is it normally replace the entire unit? Does anyone have a part number for the entire G160 fuser unit? My parts list does not.
    Thanks for any assistance.

I have located the part number for the unit. It is listed as a supply item and I am going to replace the whole unit. Maintenance Kit type 4000, P/N 402321

Not sure what an SPC4100DN is, do you mean SP4100DN?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Oh, the Gaia. What a lovely piece of kit. Wait till you have to replace the tray the toners sit on, or the green bushing that holds the feed tyres in.
