Do you have the PostSript SD Card Option installed and is it the correct one for that model? Easy way to find out is to print a Config Page for the printer, in the top section you will see the versions of PCL, RPCS and PostScript if it is there. If it does not list PS then it wont print PS.

If it is there, you may need to upgrade the Printer PS firmware.

Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.

The current version for PS firmware is 1.04. I'd update all the firmware.

And make sure you have the PostScript3 Unit Type 2105 and the latest PS print driver installed.

If you have an SR90 Booklet finisher you need the updated firmware.
Fixed: When the Plockmatic finisher (SR90) is connected, PS jobs are not printed at all.

log into the ricoh tech support site and download all the current firmware. Extract the files to an SD card in folder romdata/B070/

After that follow the instructions in Section 5.10 Firmware Update of the Service Manual exactly.
