after the 8th copy consistantly it will jam in the finisher, not crashing just stopping. I removed the finisher from the machine tested all paper trays and it works fine. i can pump the machine with no jamming. i attach the finisher again and it does the same for all sizes. went back with some sensors and the pcbs for the finisher but no luck. (it's an sr730) ideas appreciated. thanks t

check finisher entrance sensor, the mounting bracket is easy to bent out of way.

Have you identified exactly what jam code is being displayed? This could give you some idea of at least what sensor(s) the machine thinks is not operating properly.
