One of my techs did a memory clear on this machine and now the color registration is off and we can't seem to get it back. Every time that we try to do a color registration adjustment it fails. If you can help with this please respond.

Oh man! You will need to check the Troubleshooting or it might even be in the manual. There is a manual Line Position Adustment Procedure that you have go through. Get it as close as you can, then rerun the Color Reg Adjust from user tools or SP's. If the auto adjustment fails, then your manual adjustments are still too far off. Run back throught whole manual process, try the auto process again. Once it passes, you should me good.
You can get this back... I know because messed one up about a year ago (samething as your tech) and I performed the procedure another machine for our other office that they messed up. You just need to be patient, have a magnifing glass, don't let anyone rush you through it.

There should also be a factory data sheet under the jam removal decal inside the front cover.
You can start by in-putting all these settings and then run line position adjustment in SP.
