copier is asking for user code and also for login .cannot find code in sp mode to clear user codes and login name and password .also how did it get turned on? DAMMIT. SO IM STUCK CANNOT GET USERCODE TO ERASE USUALLY IN SP MODES VERY FRUSTRATING WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED .TRYING NOT TO LOSE IT....

Try to log in as supervisor (username), and leave the password blank. That machine may be to old to have that feature, but if it lets you, you can change the administrator password so you can log in. Then you should be able to turn off the user codes.Don't take that toner with me! -
Since I cannot find this model on the Ricoh/Savin Tech Site I can only suggest maybe a memory clear on the Network?Comment
