I started to regap the doctor blades on the DV units to .3mm a few months ago and my calls have dropped a lot as far as dirty copies and lines from charge roller.
A couple of machines went PM to PM without a call after I did this.
Its worth a try.

When you regap the dr blade, are you reducing or increasing the gap. I've had some issues now and then where the developer was piling up under the plastic cover and putting enough pressure on the mag roller as to scrub the layer of developer off of the mag roller at that point. Reducing the gap might help out with this issue as well.
