        KOPYKAT machine is stuck on pleas wait.. and cannot accept the service card only ADF light is on and finisher and paper bank is rotation normaly network card lights on also when we open front dore of machine machine cannot show dore open indication,

                Yeah I know not funny and yes he needs the board now, I was just posting that bulletin so perhaps this won't happen to another person.

                Fortunately, I'm friends a Ricoh direct Technical Support Manager who clued me into this procedure before I hosed a machine myself. Thank heavens for friends in the right places!!!
