Help!! getting a SC 201 error on new ricoh cl7200

I setup this printer a few weeks ago. New from CDW. Printed about 650 pages and gettinga SC 201 error when printing. anyone know how to reset? I've read how to get into service more, but not sure where to look or if it's something i need to replace. thanks

SC201 is the polygon mirror motor (see attached)

Reset is Switch off / on main switch.

You shuold be able to replace the motor under warranty.

SC202 for the aficio SPC811DN (HELP!!)

i just got it and as soon as it was turned on it gave the functional error turn off and on if it still persists.... u know the rest

The polygon mirror motor does not reach the targeted operating speed
within the specified time after turning on or changing speed
􀂃 Defective or disconnected harness to polygon motor driver board
􀂃 Defective polygon motor driver board
􀂃 Defective polygon motor.

1. Replace the polygon motor.
2. Replace the laser optics housing unit.
3. Replace the harness.
4. Replace the EGB.
