2035 ID readings 0 out & CR Bias spikes

I have 2 different AF2035 that are showing the same problems. Bad copies, when you check the settings the ID readings 0 out first then if you keep running the machine the Charge Roller bias will raise to 2000.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I have ohm out both machines from drum alum surface to gnd and one machine I get 16 ohms and the other 26 ohms. I did swap the whole drum unit with a 3500 drum unit that was on the floor it did run longer but problem came back on both machines.

The bearing may read good but it ain't. They have conductive grease in those that breaks down and messes with the drum ground.

I was taught by my Ricoh Rep that you have to test the ground of the bearing on the rear of the machine while turning the drum drive by hand. The continuity will fluctuate if the bearing is going toes up.

Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.
