    3245c_anyone got TSB#014?

Got one that is tossing warmup errors SC542, all components test good. Wall voltage starts at 116VAC and drops to 111 or 110 when the lamps power up. I don't think there is enough juice. Customer wants to replace thermistor anyway, my parts guide shows TSB#014 next to the part number AW10 0102. Has this part been upgraded?
We can get it to come up by interrupting the warmup before it codes out by opening the door a couple times, then it stays working until sleep mode or power off. Any other tricks or tips to keep it working are more than welcome. It is at a residence and we get the same voltage at the panel.

TSB#014 states that AW10 0102 is the new number.

Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.

There was a ricoh help guide on here probably a few months ago and it listed a few fixes for this code:

replace BCU, fuser clutch, thermistor and power supply.

Thanks guys. I think I'll weplace the paper feed wollers, all 4 devewoper units, the laser units, scanner lamp, hard dwive, twansfer belt and the opewation panel. If that doesn't do it I'll hit myself on the head with a hammer and see if that fixes it.

By the Ricoh site, they list thermostat, fusing drive clutch or fusing and pressure thermistors.

                  Hope this helps.
