check the clutches in output mode are they clicking. Sometimes just opening up and cleaning them up is enough.

does your machine have been developer leak? it may wornout your drive paper feed clutches and gear, also bushing and bearing mostly at rear side of paper registration, if yes replace first the development tank, check the bearings mostly its hard drive due to toner spill, better to replace if available if not W40 will help then put some Grape oil, recon all feed unit, better replace gears and clutch, have a look also at registration motor gears and belt if its wornout.... if no developer leak... paper feed boad try to test to make sure...

      Good Luck kabayan.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

Go to Sp mode and print out the "Logged Data" 5-990-4.
Check jam codes in "Jam History" 7-507 then just find your codes in 7-504.
        Don't forget reset 7-807.
