Ricoh 2232C burning mark on rollers

    Hi Guys,

I have a copier Ricoh 2232C, I was making copies and got a paper jam all in the rollers where the oil fuser is located. I removed the paper, placed it back and now when i print i get burn streaks on my color and B&W copies.

does any know how to fix this without changing the rollers?

    Thanks,

    JJLTI

Replace the whole fuser unit. It is cheaper than replacing the upper belt.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

when you mean by the "fuser unit" do you mean the whole piece with the rollers or just the oil fuser unit?
