I am working on a savin C4535. B/W copies and prints are great. The colors are out of whack. Anything with colors in it have bunched up lines of Cyan and Magenta. Where there are no lines it's like the colors are shifting. Kind of looks like a 3D picture. Any ideas what is up here? I hope I have described it well. It's hard to explain in print. Thanks, Paul

may we know how much is the Meter read of your machine? perhaps opc are already due or charge should be clean but even though cleaning will help for a moment if its life is already reach, replacement is the solution.fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.Comment

Had one making lines the other day. Transfer unit cleaning blade was chattering on the belt intermittantly. Whenever it did, you would get cyan and magenta lines (perpendicular to the direction of paper travel). You could also hear a noise when the blade was skipping on the belt.
P.S.
This only occurred on heavy coverage color copies/prints.Don't take that toner with me!Comment
