i have a question. have a Ricoh FT6645 copier with SC343 code that appears when i turn it on. i do not have a service manual. don't know what this code means.

I think you have shut the door without the bottle in the machine then it errors if you place it back in machine enter service mode and come out by switching on and off scode should clear
