      In ur post IS300 was stated.. not the e version.
      That makes a diff.

          Isn't it amazing.. we work for decades..
          Get trained on hundreds ( or more ) of units.
          Then you get end users ( sorry guys.. being a "support staff" doesn't count as being a tech) who get miffed because you ( the trained tech ) isn't willing to risk his job..reputation, just to give some NON QUALIFIED person COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS and/or files.. (something WE could get in LEGAL trouble over)
          Just because they are TOO fucking cheap to hire a trained TECH!
          DAMN we really are sons-o-bitches!
