Hey guys, got called out to this one today. When the client opens Plotbase v3.3.025, they get an error message stating, "Post Office Register Failed: 10106". Also, once loaded, "Plotter Not Found" is displayed in the upper right of Plotbase.
I went through the normal motions of rebooting both PC and machine, but of course that didn't work. I found some stuff in the Global Knowledge Base about making sure all the proper ports were open and available. Windows firewall is off, but they did have an out of date version of AVG Network Edition. That might be blocking something.
Any suggestions would be a great help...
