Hi All,
Just working on a Ricoh MPC2800 that has a faulty DIMM (actually SODIMM). Ricoh are asking something extraordinary (price wise) for a replacement so I was hoping if someone could help me out. Not only that, the ETA on a DIMM is going to be a while as well.
the current DIMM reads as a Hynix branded PC4200 (DDR2 533) 1GB stick.
Because the PC4200 are not the "standard" anymore, am i able to use another brand of the same spec or of higher spec with the copiers?
any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. thank you.
