i have a ricoh 3035 that will not recognize the paper size in the by pass tray. I have it set to the size,it shows the size, but when you copy or print is asks for the size???? i override and tell it and it goes... very frustrating to the customer who has to get up and select the by pass instead of APS... any ideas? is there a dip switch for this out of sinc?
