Did you by any chance replace or work around the controller or IOB boards prior to this happening?

SC995: Machine Type information error (A)
After the machine is powered on, a mismatch is detected between the CPM information sent from the controller to the engine and the CPM information specified by the IOB DIP SW settings.
The 35 and 45 CPM machines use different boards and the DIP SWs must be set correctly.

It would be cheaper to give them a machine free and charge them them on the clix, Honestly my friend I would not put a part into a 1035/45 cos in 6 months you will not be able to get the parts to make this machine a viable comodity. Try your best to point the customer foreward

Sadly many people refuse to change machines till theirs DIE. I wish we could pick them up and say oopps non repairable its dead. But the BOSS refuses to do that.

We have old 9918dp, 9922, 2534/34, and even old Analogs out there we still support such as 9013z (1994 DAMN) and 9935. We keep telling customers look one day it'll be we can't get the part and you are done for. They are ok with it.
Just had a church trade in a 9935 with only 235k copies. Go fig
