SC 300 in aficio 1075

I had an SC 300 in aficio 1075 , I pull the corona and clean it , clean the grid and wire .but the error still appear
Note: the grid and wire life is less than 200K

HT leaking at corona end block, loose contact at rear socket or maybe the charge power pack defective.

Hi there.

At the front and back, make sure that the corona wire is threaded correctly into
the grooves in the end blocks. I had a SC 300 the other day were it was arcing against the grid.

If the machine has done quite a few copies i.e. a million plus, replace the end blocks of the corona unit, they may be arcing out. Replace the grid and wire while you're at it, they're two-thirds of the way through their life so you might as well.
