jams every time coming up from all the drawers b4 reg rollers under the metal guide plate that goes up and down with the right door. if i remove the transfer unit it will feed through then trip the 402 code for transfer but it goes through. i checked the transfer unit, mylars in reg area and door all ok. i can manully spin it through the rollers. it crashes into the metal guide plate b4 it gets to the nip of the 2 reg rollers. i tried to watch it by removing the lower right inner cover by the reg knob but i can't see what it could be. thnaks t

This is a known problem, the guide were the paper moves between is bend.(direct before the sheet moves thrue the registrationrollers)
You just have to force it back in place.
I have also seen the plastic cap on the metal guide was put on the wrong way causing a sheet to stuck as well.technicians are the only ones that don't trust technical stuff !Comment
