5308 part number?????

Hi guys,

I can not find these part numbers in my part manual!!!

In the plotter unit you have got those 2 green flanges or disks that hold the master roll.

if someone can help me please.........

IF the master rolls are keyed the same the rioch jp1230 mater flange number is c2312243

I also need help finding the sensors for this machine. in particular the paper exit sensor??? Im getting E-21 error and svc manual indicates sensors??? My vendor does not even have record of ever ordering sensors for these machines yet I know they fail all the time. please help
