3260c with B700 Finisher (Jamming issue)

I have a problem with a customer who has a 3260c along with a B700 the problem is that whenever they run a booklet job and the paper is pulling from tray2 sometimes the paper will get stuck just after the punch unit, now we have taken apart this finisher looking for any obstructions and have found none, firmware present is v3.18 for the finisher. Sometimes they can run 100 booklets before it begins to jam but it is always in that spot, so based on this info what do you think might be the problem? I have taken the cover off the back of the finisher and ran a job through just to see if any solenoid is stuck and have found nothing wrong. Straight copy jobs do not jam only booklets the paper is 20lb.

    - Humidity is not a factor, we have even tried paper from the demo room same results
    -Cleaned all sensors
    - Replaced the inverter unit

What Jam Code are you getting ???? You mention the punch unit...have you removed the unit and cleaned it, those pesky chads can get everywhere and park themselves on a sensor.

J191 I think I have solved it I took apart the finisher again, removed the punch unit, and directly underneath where the punch unit sits is an entrance guide I took it apart and on one corner the paper must of been rubbing off the metal or someone tried previously to remove a paper jam by sticking something in there. What happened was a small tiny piece of metal was sticking down enough to catch some paper and cause a jam so I filed it flush and smooth and tested it out no more jams for now at least booklets came out fine.
